A: We will provide 1 year free warranty, lifelong service. Within 1 year, any problem, you just need to take photos and videos, we will guide you how to fix, if need new replacement parts, will send you by courier for free. After 1 year, we will provide service too, just the spare parts not free.
 
Q3: Does the quotation include freight charges? Which trade terms are supported?
